1, the mold rigidity is not enough, in the process of filling metal liquid, the template jitter.
2, the pressure chamber punch and pressure chamber coordination is not good, in the pressure shot forward speed is not stable.
3. Improper design of gating system.

Exclusion measures

1. Strengthen the rigidity of die and fasten the parts of mould.
2, adjust the injection punch and press chamber, ensure good coordination.
3. Reasonable design of inner gate.
