Aluminum Handles in Die Casting

Bolang Die Casting is currently making an die casting tooling insert to produce an Aluminum Handle in Die Casting. This aluminum handle will be used as an aluminum airplane part. There are requirements for X-Ray for the Aluminum Die Casting Part. A special square hole will be diecast into place using minimal die casting draft in the part. This part will also have a threaded hole in the side to allow for a tightening screw. The die casting insert tool for the Aluminum Handle in Die Casting will take about eight weeks to produce and aluminum die casting part samples will be produced within a week of tooling insert completion.
