Aluminum Alloy Die Casting hanger bracket ADC12

Aluminum Alloy Die Casting Hanger Bracket is a part applied to Hanger system, with the purpose to make the stability, the comfort, the safety of driving best. The part is auto part for famous motor corporation Chrysler-Fiat, so the development is strict, prior to mass production, the customer request to develop proto die to run prototype samples for velidate the reasonability of the design, the feasibility in practical application and the mechanical property.  Usually the proto die is much cheaper, but can only run hundreds or thousands of shots, then the mold will happen to be crack, because the material used on proto die usually to be #45 steel. 

The raw material of this part is ADC12, a kind of material conforming to standard JIS H 5302-2000, this material has high content of Si element, which means high fluidity of the melting aluminum, it is good for filling the mold while die casting. 

For this prorotype parts, the qty in need for test is small, so after die casting, the part will require handwork, such as the degating, the removal of flash, the polishing, the deburring with pneumatic file etc.
