Exclusion measures
1, to improve the casting structure, so that the wall thickness is slightly uniform, the difference between the thickness of the junction should gradually ease the transition, eliminate the hot knot.
2. Choose the alloy with small shrinkage.
3. Set gating system properly, increase the sectional area of the gate appropriately.
4. Increase the shooting force.
5. Adjust the mould heat balance condition, adopt the temperature control device and cooling etc..
