Product Description

CNC Machining Valve Part in High Precision, through the review to the geometry and the required dimensions and tolerances from the print, we will all find this part is not simple,  the carried Die Casting criterion for this part is Grade GB-CT4.

The part is offered to us for a competitive price,  after our trial production for the samples and submit a few pieces of samples, the customer will test with their specially designed facility, which can simulate the rotation in actual application on the car or the boat. 


In die casting process.Mesh Burrs should be paid close attention to.

Characteristic: the reticular protrusion marks and metal spines formed on the casting surface due to thermal fatigue on the mold cavity surface.


Causes
1, the mold cavity surface cracks caused by traces, the gate region near the heat conduction is the most concentrated, the friction resistance is the biggest, withstand the molten metal erosion is the strongest, hot and cold alternating most, the most likely to produce hot crack, forming crack.
2, improper mold material or heat treatment process is not correct.
3, mold temperature difference is large.
4, alloy liquid pouring temperature is too high, mold preheating is not enough.
5, the mold cavity surface roughness Ra is too big.
6, excessive metal flow and positive erosion wall.


Exclusion measures
1. Correct selection of mould material and reasonable heat treatment process.
2. The die must be preheated to the working temperature range before die casting.
3. Reduce the pouring temperature of alloy as much as possible.
4, improve the mold cavity surface quality, reduce the Ra value.
5. The block is annealed periodically to eliminate the stress.
6. The gating system should be designed properly, and the injection speed should be as small as possible under the condition of good forming.
