The Die Casting process includes the following steps:

Step 1: 

preparation before die casting, including raw material inspection, storage, protection, melting, and aluminum water delivery.

Step two: 

die casting process, which is the first in the die surface coated with a layer of release agent. and then inserted into the core, then mold after starting injection; after the injection to be completed. and the completion of die casting. out of core,  take the auto gearbox unmachined parts out, and the ejecting device will live out of the top block.

Step three:

Die Casting treatment, including parts gate, parts transport,parts cleaning, parts shot blasting, primary wide product transportation, primary wide product processing, final product inspection, finished product packaging and storage. The die casting process of the automobile gearbox parts has the advantages of replacing the existing black sand casting process by adopting the die-casting process.
