High Precision CNC Machining Elbow is also a part applied to Agriculture Machine,

The monthly demand for this part is wonderful, is up to 25000-30000 pieces. In this case, while developing the tooling, on the premise of ensuring the part quality, we choose to design the mold of two cavities. Why no more cavities?  It is because the part has feature of two boss which require no draft on the surface, so it should be introduced to active slides to realize, which will make the mold bigger. 

The Machining Elbow should comply with following requirements

1,The factory inspection of the surface quality of the Die Casting should be checked by piece, and    the test result should be in conformity with of this standard.

2,The surface roughness of die casting is carried out according to GB/T6060.1.

3,The surface to be polished for castings shall be carried out according to GB/T 6060.4.

4, the surface of castings to shot blasting and sand spraying according to  GB/T 6060.5.

5,The test methods and inspection rules for the internal quality of die castings can include: X ray photograph, NDT test, metallographic picture and die casting profile, and the test results should comply with the requirements of this standard 3.4.6.

6,other test methods and inspection rules shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T15114 regulations.
